We’ll pair you with an experienced mentor who will guide you through your traineeship. You will be immediately integrated into client teams, experiencing a steep and hands-on learning curve with increasing responsibility. You’ll participate in selected training sessions and internal professional development programs. Furthermore, we aim to offer our trainees a long-term perspective. Consequently, most remain with us as Junior Consultants and beyond.

A traineeship with us typically lasts 12 months. During this time, you will learn the craft of communications consulting and become familiar with the specifics of the healthcare market. Those who make quick progress can also advance sooner.

Career starters typically begin with a traineeship. Experienced professionals can join as a Junior Consultant, Consultant, or Senior Consultant, depending on their level of experience.

We work with sophisticated clients and therefore value a professional appearance. Nevertheless, there is no prescribed/strict dress code. Most colleagues dress business casual.

Our employees are equipped with new/up-to-date laptops, headsets, and smartphones. In our office spaces, we offer modern and ergonomic workstations.

We offer our employees a home office policy. This means flexible working from home is possible. Our colleagues generally come to the office two to three days a week, individual exceptions included.

That depends entirely on which location you wish to work for. We have attractive offices in Düsseldorf and Hamburg. Generally, working from both locations is possible. Our main location is Hamburg.

This often depends on the individual requirements of the client team. Generally, occasional travel is part of the job.

The consulting job can occasionally be hectic and challenging. Overtime may therefore occur. However, we ensure fair and flexible working time regulations and appropriate compensation for overtime for our employees.

The majority of the team works from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. A regular work week consists of 40 working hours. We also support part-time models to achieve an appropriate work-life balance.
